Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept towels or robes that have been used or washed.

To start a return, contact us via WhatsApp or our contact page with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will share the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Orders paid by cash on delivery are refunded by bank transfer.

Exchanges

Exchanges of size or colour are subject to stock availability. The fastest option is to return the item and place a new order.
